ABOUT
Growing up on Chicago's South Side, I initially pursued a career in technology for financial stability but soon found my true calling behind the camera. I started by "hustling" rolls of film and eventually opened my own studio, which became a creative hub for artists.
In 2015, my career took a major turn when Spike Lee invited me to work on Chi-Raq. This opportunity allowed me to dive deeper into entertainment photography, where I’ve been able to capture the dynamic energy of film and television. Since then, I've worked on notable projects like They Cloned Tyrone, Candyman, and the White Men Can’t Jump reboot, broadening my portfolio and pushing the boundaries of both commercial and entertainment photography.
My work has been featured on everything from movie posters and billboards to advertising spreads for international brands. As a director, I bring my photographic eye to motion pieces, capturing frames, composition, and light with a unique perspective. With experience directing commercials, music videos, and short films, I seamlessly navigate the worlds of still and motion photography.
